I have a the smallest Jacuzzi J-315 and the chlorine and minerals are constantly low. However, the cartridges are never empty but I notice the little holes on the bottom seem clogged. The chlorine setting should be at 3, but I have to put it at 7. This system requires daily monitoring. It’s a new spa but I’m looking for an alternative system. @ease is not easy.

The cartridges work well. They have a hard time recovering chlorine levels after use so I always drop a half-tbsp of chlorine in when we get out. I had similar problems as others keeping the chlorine levels 0.5-1 ppm until I started using non-chlorine shock 1-2 times a week. The cartridge (and most chlorine sources) will not be able to keep up with biofilm once it gets established—it’s probably too late if your water is green. I might’ve noticed that non-chlorine shock burns up the chlorine in the cartridge faster, but not sure. My biggest complaint is that these are not easily available. I can only find one or two sources to purchase them from. Please put these up on Amazon.

Like others I have a 375. Low chlorine level within a few days of replacing. Been occurring for several months now. Doesn’t last! Need to add chlorine and replace cartridges every 2 weeks. Had another hot tub and used floating system. That worked well! This system is horrible. Need to look into this and all same complaints!

Hello! I'm here because, like so many others, my J-385 water is turning green after just 3 days of inactivity. This system is a bit expensive, and I'm using traditional chemicals on top of it. Then, I worry about what will happen when I go away for two weeks. I see customer support is reaching out to others. I would appreciate the same. Thanks!
